Our Founder

President of SL Plumbing Services and SL Commercial Services Gerald Franks saw a need for a reliable, efficient, and professional commercial servicing team in the late ‘80s while working in the real estate industry.

Over the years, he has assembled a team of professionals whose combined experience adds up to over 50 years’ experience. President Franks now leads SL Plumbing Services and SL Commercial Services in consistently rendering exceptional service to our clients.
